My Birthday celebration at Josephine!

I had a wonderful birthday celebration this past December 22. The day started so fast with my parents rushing me with gifts early in the morning-- a Juicy Couture purple and powder pink velour hobo style bag and a cerulean multi-crystal blue ring from Swarovski. My father played the guitar and sang Happy Birthday to me!

Breakfast was quick because I had to get to my makeup appointment at the MAC counter. The makeup artist, Manny, is a genius. I explain to him the look I wanted to go for which was a long cat eyeliner and fake lashes. The finished product was amazing! You can see the look in the various pictures. Afterward, I got my hair blown out super sleek with bangs and headed for the Glam Spa where I got my nails done. I let the lady know that my dress was colored dark bronze/gold. She said for a change you should try a gold tip and I can put a design to your liking. Once again, the result was fantastic! And, the emotional feeling I got from getting myself all dolled up made me feel like Russian Royalty ;);) Anything posted here will be nothing shy of royalty. The most au courant news in my life and that of the fashion world will be a part of this blog.

At Josephine: My friends, "brunette Laura" and "blond Laura" came together, while I rolled up with my very best guy friends and one of their girlfriends. The club didn't quite open its doors til about 10:30 p.m. So we decided to go next door at this place called Casa Blanca and pre-drink. I had some white wine and my friends had a beer. Once we finished there, we entered the club about 11:00 p.m. and were greeted by a gorgeous hostess. She told me my reservation was all set and I was free to choose a table and sofa lounge to my liking. I paid for full bottle service for all my friends who came to celebrate with me. Ciroc, Bacardi, Malibu, various juices, bottled water, and red bull. Can you say toasted? We couldn't by the end of the night ;)

Music was hip hop and it was off the hook! The hostesses were all dressed in santa caps and a red bustier top with black leggings and thigh high boots. They brought in the bubbly with sparklers that lit the top of each bottle. Such a spectacle! Video to upload in a bit :)

About to blow the candles and make a wish....

At Macaroni Grill, the waiters sang
Buon Compleanno!

Totally amusing :) And, look, my favorite! Warm chocolate brownie with raspberry sauce-- on the house.
